Enzotechnology is one of the most experienced liquid cooling pioneers in the world. We specialize in liquid cold plate design, development and manufacturing. Our cooling systems are generally used for electronic cooling across the Automobile, Aerospace, Homeland security and Artificial intelligence. Reliability and Flexibility
While reliability is always our first priority, we know how important it is to keep all of our liquid systems performing leak free. During the prototype stage we run our cold plates with rigorous thermal shocks and temperature cycles to assure long term reliability in different environments. During the mass production we perform a 100% inspection on all our liqud systems, including leak test and pressure test to ensure we deliver the most state of art products to our customers. Every manufacturing process has been done In-House in order to provide the best quality control and lead-time this allows us to support both low and high volume productions
